The Crandall FFA Alumni & Supporters Chapter (“the Chapter”) welcomes donations of goods, services, and financial resources that directly support the mission of investing in the next generation of agricultural leaders. This policy establishes guidelines for accepting donations in a manner consistent with our values, resources, and capacity.
The Chapter may accept donations in the following forms:

Goods and supplies that support Crandall FFA student members or chapter activities (e.g., office supplies, classroom materials, event decorations, refreshments, awards, or FFA program resources).
Equipment, tools, and materials for educational use in agricultural science programs (e.g., hand tools, shop equipment, gardening or greenhouse supplies, educational technology).
Services or in-kind contributions (e.g., printing, catering, photography, facility use, or professional expertise) that directly support events, scholarships, or programs.
Scholarship or sponsorship funding designated for student leadership, career development events (CDEs/LDEs), or educational initiatives.
The Chapter will not accept any donation that:
Requires the assumption of financial, environmental, or regulatory obligations.
Contains or is associated with firearms or ammunition.
Contains or promotes alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances.
Is inconsistent with the mission, values, or bylaws of the Chapter.
The Chapter reserves the right to decline any donation that cannot be used, stored, or disposed of responsibly.
Monetary donations may be made payable to Crandall FFA Alumni & Supporters and delivered by mail, electronically, or in person at official meetings/events.
Goods or equipment donations must be pre-approved by the Executive Board (or designated officer) to ensure alignment with program needs and capacity. Donors will be provided with delivery instructions and may be asked to coordinate with school staff or facilities for large items.
Service or in-kind donations should be arranged directly with the Executive Board to ensure proper acknowledgment and coordination with event or program timelines.
All accepted donations will be acknowledged with a written receipt upon request. Sponsors and donors may also be recognized publicly in line with event or campaign
